
Jessica Venning-Bryan
Chief Customer Officer, Flux Federation
Currently Chief Client Officer at global energy retail SaaS company, Flux Federation, Jessica leads the full customer engagement cycle from product research, design and management, through sales and marketing, and client success and service. Before joining Flux she served five years as Chief Marketing / Revenue Officer at Flick Electric Co., growing the business from start-up to sale to Z Energy (Sept ’18).
Jessica is passionate about the power of great technology to make sustainable change for our planet. She is currently an Independent Member on the Board of Payments NZ’s API Council. She has also served on the board of the National Council of Women; PledgeMe, New Zealand’s first crowdfunding platform; and as a mentor for Creative HQ’s youth enterprise and FinTech accelerators.
Jessica’s diverse career has spanned in and with consultancies, corporate and government organisations across a variety of industry sectors, including software, energy, financial services, FMCG, infrastructure, entertainment, and advertising. She believes in data informed, outcome focused decision-making, and delivering outstanding customer experiences and commercial results. Jessica has specialist expertise in disruptive business models, technology and transformation, product development, sales, marketing and brand building, consumer engagement, and corporate citizenship, having helped some of New Zealand’s most significant organisations develop game changing ideas, bring them to life, and share their stories.
