New Energy Solutions APAC sales leader at Baker Hughes
Sardar is Baker Hughes’s New Energy Solutions Sales leader for Asia Pacific and China. He is responsible for leading the region’s new energy sales strategy and business development initiatives to grow the adoption of new energy solutions for Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Energy Storage, and Geothermal technologies. Providing energy transition solutions to new and existing customers.
Prior to shifting to Baker Hughes, Sardar has been instrumental for GE’s Power business growth for their new technology and delivered new market penetration for their H-Class Gas Turbines and Wind Turbines with multiple projects ranging from 50MW to 3600MW.
He brings over 15 years of experience across the energy industry – leading successful sales and operation execution roles for GE’s Power, Renewables-Wind and Oil & Gas divisions across multiple geographical markets (Asia, Australia, China, and Middle East). He has expertise in working with project developers and enabling their commercial models, project lifecycle – feasibility to operations phase, PPA negotiations, EPC partnerships and Long-term Service Contracts.
Sardar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley.
